As we age, teeth tend to yellow or gray naturally. Additionally, foods we eat or drink have natural or artificial colors that can stain teeth. Most notably these foods include coffee, tea and wine. We offer in-office and take-home whitening to help remove stain and bring out your teeth’s brightest color.

Tooth Colored Fillings

In the past, silver fillings were the restoration of choice for back teeth due to durability. Today, dental materials have evolved greatly and tooth colored fillings are able to withstand chewing forces. At Leaf Dental, we are proud to place only metal free tooth colored fillings.

Bondings

When a tooth needs a small modification or if your gums have receded causing sensitivity, bondings may be used to modify the tooth’s appearance or to reduce sensitivity.

Replacement of Old Fillings

When fillings start to break down, they must be replaced. If they are sound but you dislike how your teeth look with your current silver fillings, they may be replaced with tooth colored ones.

Invisalign

Invisalign® straightens your teeth using a custom-made series of aligners created for you and only you. These aligner trays are made of smooth, comfortable and virtually invisible plastic that you wear over your teeth. They gradually and gently shift your teeth into place in the sequence determined by your doctor.

Veneers

Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain designed to cover up discolored, misshaped or misaligned teeth. They may also be able to close gaps between teeth. Veneers may be your ideal cosmetic restoration to conservatively change your smile.

Crowns

Like veneers, crowns can also help cover up discolored, misshaped, or misaligned teeth. However, if the tooth has been previously heavily restored, or the tooth needs a lot of modification, a crown may be used for the best cosmetic result.
